If you’ve been holding out, today might be the day to get an Xbox One. Discount mega-chain Walmart is currently reducing $50 off the asking price of Microsoft’s new console. This includes the system’s new Titanfall bundle, which ships with a digital copy of the game and a month of Xbox Live. In order to see this discount, you’ll need to sign into your Walmart account and add the console to your cart on the retailer’s website.

Typically retailers, such as Best Buy, Target and Toys R Us price match Walmart’s deals, however considering the nature of this setup, it might be hit or miss depending on the store that you visit, but it’s definitely worth a try if you’re closer to one of these different retailers.

As for the deal itself, Walmart hasn’t disclosed how long it will run, so you’ll definitely want to act fast if you plan on taking advantage of this offer. The bargain-friendly big box recently announced that it will start accepting pre-owned game trade-ins next week at 3,100 of its stores across the US.

Update: Walmart has issued a statement confirming that this offer will also work at its retail locations that sell electronics. The company also stated that the $50 discount was running for a limited time, but didn’t disclose how long the promotional offer would be available.

Not to be outdone by Walmart, Best Buy is also offering the Xbox One (Titanfall bundle included) with a $50 discount. The blue and yellow retailer’s promotion is available online and at its brick and mortar locations. The company did not provide any details regarding how long this offer will be available.
