The first next-gen console goes on sale in less than 24 hours, but battle lines were drawn months ago. Families have been divided, friendships have ended and internet trolls have emerged. In a little over a week the cycle will be complete, both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be available to the masses.

Does this sound a bit dramatic? It should. This entire scenario has gotten way out hand. Sony cronies and Xbots have been locked into a blood feud for several years, but things have escalated to another level.
