One of the first Xbox Ones to be sold is being guarded by live sharks

Shark-Box-One

In an almost supervillain-like fashion an Xbox One in New Zealand is being held in aquarium filled with sharks. No they don’t have frickin’ laser beams attached to their heads, but they’re keeping what was meant to be the first Xbox One sold (sorry someone beat you) protected until launch.

The console is sealed in a waterproof container in a tank loaded with 20 sand tiger sharks at the Kelly Tarlton’s Sea Life Aquarium in Auckland, New Zealand for all to see.

We don’t know about you, but considering the Xbox 360′s highly publicized hardware issues, we think we’d pass on a pre-opened Xbox One that’s been submerged in water for several days, even if its casing is water resistant.
