E3 is less than three months away and Microsoft’s annual keynote is going to be stacked. Currently, the company is shifting things around in order to stay within its 90 minute time slot. Recently fielding questions on Twitter, Microsoft Studios head, Phil Spencer reassured a consumer that the Xbox keynote would be focused on games and that you’d likely see very few corporate executives taking the stage.
One exec that’ll definitely be absent from this year’s show will be Marc Whitten, who recently left Microsoft to become the chief product officer at Sonos. As for Microsoft’s E3 showing, Spencer has already confirmed that we’ll see some type of Halo announcement, but the rest is pretty much a toss up.
