Following Crystal Dynamic’s big reveal of Rise of the Tomb Raider during Microsoft’s E3 2014 press conference, Crystal Dynamics’ Scott Amos took joined GameTrailers to announce yet another game, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, a sequel to 2010′s Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
Temple of Osiris marks the first time Lara partakes in a four-person cooperative experience. Amos said the game was built from the ground up for the next-generation, so you can expect it on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
Gameplay wise, Temple of Osiris allow you to team up with up to three other friends in Egypt as you explore the temple of Osiris. Lara is joined by Egyptian gods of mythos who each possess their own special abilities. When playing with others, the game changes with rarer loot appearing with greater frequency. The Egyptian gods possess Osiris’ staff which allows them to utilize light powers to snuff out the darkness in the world.
