You just got the Xbox One. Your 360 is now scheduled for permanent dust collecting shelf duty. Your 360 controllers are aimed for the garbage bin. But wait! Not so fast… maybe some innovation and creativity can put them to good use.
A member on OUYABoards.com has taken his old Xbox 360 controller and turned it into one big piece of awesome, putting each half of the controller on the left and right of the tablet, and forming a somewhat mobile gaming system that some might say beasts the Vita and Wii U Gamepad into shame.
But let’s be honest: this is a work in progress. Although it’s not complete, the proof of concept is interesting and something we’d love to try, and the original poster has experience battery powered PC projects so the end goal is definitely within reach.
We’ll be following this thread to see where he goes, hoping he finds the time to complete the project. In the meantime, would any of you consider buying one of these off the shelf?
