Microsoft is currently investigating reports of Battlefield 4′s Second Assault DLC being unavailable for Xbox One owners who purchased a Battlefield Premium subscription. The timed exclusive map packs include four maps from Battlefield 3, but instead of an early run with these familiar landscapes, players are reportedly receiving a null data message when trying to access the content.
An EA spokesperson acknowledged the issue in a recent forum thread and stated that they’re working with Microsoft to resolve this problem.
I know some of you have said already that it is being looked into but I wanted to just confirm it for you so you guys have a blue [EA staff] post to refer to. Right now all I can say is that we are aware of this issue and are currently investigating this with Microsoft. Once we have some more details I’ll be sure to let you know.
