Microsoft just took the stage at E3 2014 to show off some pretty nice Fable Legends gameplay. What we saw was pretty darn interesting — four player RPG co-op fun, with each player controlling their own unique characters with different weapons and abilities. A gorgeous art style was also shown off in great detail, and they even revealed an all new villain mode that would let a fifth player jump into the fold and control the very minions you’ll be fighting.

Best of all, Microsoft revealed that we’ll get a chance to try it out before launch later this year as they’ll be introducing a multiplayer beta during the holiday months. We don’t get an exact date yet or details on how one can gain access to said beta, but you can be sure we’ll be trying to track that information down as we take the show floor during E3 this week.
